Use of Services: Our services include, but are not limited to, the rental and operation of photobooths for events. By booking our services, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
Booking and Payment: To book our services, you must provide accurate information regarding your event, including date, time, and location. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the event. Payments can be made through our website or as otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy. Deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
Use of Photobooth: You agree to use our photobooths responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided by DreamLight staff. Any damage caused to the photobooth or its accessories due to misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.
Content: By using our photobooth services, you grant DreamLight the right to use any photos or videos taken during your event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Liability: DreamLight shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, including but not limited to, injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold DreamLight harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of DreamLight Photobooth LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
